How to open the Launch Manager without using the in-built keyboard?

My Aspire 5755's keyboard stopped working so I am using an USB keyboard. But I am not able to open the Launch Manager (Fn+F3) through it. Please help.

It is already installed. The problem is that I am not able to open it as my Keyboard is not working. Any other way to open it?

Seems no one is getting my point. My keyboard is gone so I cant use the Fn+F3 to open the launch manager. So I am not able to use my Wifi and bluetooth at all. All I am asking is does anybody know any other way to open the LM?

Type it into Start/Search and it should give you a link to open it with.
