Hi. i got error on my laptop. Acer Aspire V5-471p

and i want to reset to factory default with press Alt + F10

but when i press, the recovery doesnt work, not showed up. and i got blue screen error with code error 0x000000001

i have windows 8 OEM and upgrade to win8.1.

i cant log on to my cmputer. please help me

Alt+F10 erecovery is not supported by Win8 as noted in this video  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqgYe7OcLhA

If you cannot log into Win8 to do this erecovery, you'll need to purchase erecovery disks from the Acer store link above at a nominal cost.
