All of the instructions I have found don't work.
They all say to go to the control panel, then the Pen and Touch Settings window, click the Touch tab Check or uncheck the checkbox next to Use your finger as an input device.
But there is no touch tab or a "Use your finger as an input device" box to uncheck.
The Fn + F7 only freezes my mouse.
My screen is cracked to my touch screen is flipping out. I only get small windows of calm before the random clickin starts again, and I need this baby to work until I can get it fixed, help me out guys.

It would be a good idea to first post what computer model you have, as well as the operating system.
