Help! My Laptop V5-571g can't detect my GPU, even though it's been listed in the device manager

Hi! I've been using my laptop for a few months, I've been noticing that whatever games that I'm playing, the performance is really quite bad, I've been using Nvidia control panel and updating the Nvidia Geforce experience but that doesn't work for most of the games that I've been playing, I then realise that I've been playing with HD 4000 (I noticed this when I was playing the new Shadow Warrior) instead of the graphic card, but the device manager listed Geforce 710m still function properly

Are there any solutions for this problem?

hi have problem in my laptop acer aspire e1-531 last week I update my bios to version v2.21 in the last my version is v2.15 I found my VGA is 64 megabyte in the last is 128 megabyte how can I downupgrade to any version v2.17 or v2.15 plaese give me halping hand
