Hello. I want to know (Thermal Interface Material or Thermal grease) the user in A laptop (ACER TRAVELMATE P253-E). And what are the period specified for the change it and Thanks.

Do you have high temps while using the laptop? You don't have to apply thermal paste unless you have higher temps problem, however, there are few thermal pastes like AS5, Arctic-MX etc, results may depend on how you apply them.
