My Acer Aspire One 10.1 notebook wont boot. All I get is a black screen with microsoft corporation written under neith a rectangle, where a green bar sliding from left to right should appear, but doesn't. What do I need to do?

I have reinstalled win7 on my c drive using another computer. The hard drive booted on that computer. Which leads me to believe some thing is missing. Can anyone help me?

If the hard drive is working, then the only thing I can think is there another hardware issue. Have you tried reinstalling the software on the Aspire One using recovery media or the Alt+F10 method?
