Facebook video calls on Acer Iconia W510 crashing

Facebook video calls is not working on my W510, I have installed the program but it keeps crashing. Does it work for anyone else? Can someone please test?

What version of Windows 8 are you using? Also are all the drivers up-to-date on your current Windows version? Another question is has Facebook video ever worked on your W510?

If you have updated to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8, I would recommend restoring the system back to Windows 8 and see how the Facebook video calls works.

This issue does sound software related and would recommend trying to update the drivers and try the factory load to see if that resolves the issue. However, if the problem continues but the system works in all other aspects, then this may be a compatibility issue with the software.
