as i want fresh drivers for this model
can any one tell the solution

Drivers of the Acer Aspire One KAV60 (AOD250):
Acer Worldwide - Choice your country - Support --> Search by product --> Group Netbook, Chromebook --> Series Aspire One --> Products AOD250 --> Operating System --> Driver and you can select Latest or All.

now one of the most critical problem occurs my laptop which is KAV60 of acer aspire goes hanged during work and screen turns sometimes blue and sometimes white since from a month and i have to powered off the system because shutdown options and window enviornment totally untouched when coloured screen comes
i tried different solutions i scan the system from viruses i tried microsoft security essentials and others secrutiy programs and also i changed the LCD VGA cable but still problem is there
kindly kindly kindly help if you understand
is it internal hardware problem any software problem or hard disk is going to crash?

Hello,
To enter in Bios Setup Utility:
When you see the Acer screen, press F2.
1- Note the HDD model name (information tab)
2- Press F9 to load default settings
3- Press F10 to save and exit the bios setupt utility
Your laptop will restart automatically. Normally, you'll hear only one bip.
If the result is same, send me the HDD model to give you a diagnostic tool.

Hello! thanx for your suggestions i tried your given suggestions but problem is still there system goes hanged and also blaked screen issue remain same
my system's HDD model no is TOSHIBA MK2555GSX ATA DEVICE
kindly if any diagnostic tool available help me......

I don't know if you have access to the boot menu (F12).
If you have access, you can try to test your HDD with Seatools for DOS.

Hello! i downloaded the seatool for DOS but it is disc image how i burn it?
as there is no cd room with this KAV60 laptop .and how i use this tool either at the time of boot?
