I have gone to several forum boards looking for help. I come to the ACER boards with hope to find an answer. My little netbook ia out of warrenty so no help for the tech guys. Now not even a word form anyone here. Sure I know a company has planed obsilesance but I can't afford that. So thanks for all the views, and not even one suggestion.

Well your issapointed: should be pointed at M$ Windows bloatware...I have the same model netbook...just download Linux/Mint/17 and everthing will work on your netbook...Free your self from M$
