Hi everyone. 

So, about 5 months ago I became the owner of a high spec V5 laptop. Verdict, not happy.

I have an intermittant fault. The cursor frezzes towards the top left of the screen,a row of feint circles appear about 3cm from the top of the screen (touch screen) and a I get a feint "ghost" cursor which is very erratic. Any one seen similar?

I have not seen anything like this unless the display is cracked or damaged. I would recommend contacting technical support for assistance in your region. They should be able to better assist you and possible identify the problem over the phone.
