Crystal eye crash

The acer crystal eye program continually shuts down seconds after launch, I was advised to move the contents of the crystal eye images folder from the 'Pictures' folder to for instance the desktop, I did this and it worked. Now I would be very grateful if anyone can suggest a fix as to what could be causing this. I am using windows 8.1 Thanks.

I have not heard of the problem you are describing. Have you tried uninstalling the crystal eye application, then downloading it again from the Windows store?
