Connecting Bluetooth headset to acer zg8

I have an acer Zg8 10.1 inch screen SNID 93400905325 and a Bluetooth 2 ch stereo audio headset V3.0+EDR -(in the control panel it is referred to as BH23 but on the invoice it is referred to as BH02) - I also have 2 usb Bluetooth mini transmitters (but the results are the same when either are connected to the Zg8) - I can get the headset to pair and connect with acer tablets that I have but I cannot get it to produce any sound when connected to the Zg8 - I need help please - thanks Colin

When you connect it to the Zg8, does it see the device and pair, but you just don't get sound? Are you able to connect any other bluetooth devices like a smartphone?
