Complaint for distributor

Dear Madam/Sir,


The reason I am writing this complaint letter is that I bought one of your products in Turkey  (Acer aspire e1)  three weeks ago, and after using it for less than 15 days, Its screen lights went off. So that I tried to exchange it with the new one, but your Turkish distributor did not accept my request to exchange the device immediately. I needed the immadiate exchange because I use it really actively for my job.  

Now, Acer in Turkey keeps my 15 days old computer but they haven't compansated my need yet. Furthermore today I called their office to learn about course of event about my computer, the agent on the phone couldn't even tell me that they received the device.

I am waiting for an urgent response, and I am in need of a real service here.

If you want the relevant invoice, i will recieve you.
