Dear Sir,

Please note i tried to clear the BIOS password by entering the BIOS and inserting the current password.

Then i pressed on enter button twice for new passrword and confirming new password to bypass the bios password alert.

Then i pressed F10 to save the changes and restarted the laptop.

I got the Bios password alert again and neither old password nor pressing on enter works.

I think there is a BIOS error.

How can i enter/fix the BIOS and remove the password.

I forgot to mention the BIOS version v1.18

I have read through internet that some BIOSs accept such characters in BIOS password setup but does not recogonized in the password alert.

The "enter" button could be represented as another character in password alert.
