Can't see bottom of screen

Since the Acer Netbook does not have a spot for disks, I am trying to download driver for new printer from Epson website. However, I cannot see the bottom of the pop up screen to hit accept or next? Please help!

Most modern browsers allow you to control the zoom level of a webpage. You should be able to zoom out on the page with the pop up to be able to accept it.

I do not understand this answer to not being able to see the bottom of my screen in order to accept a licence agreement.Please can someone explain in simple non i.t. language!!!!!
