Can't reach support

This is a bit frustrating,

 

Last summer we purchased several Acer Aspire One netbooks. While the netbooks themsevles seem to be good laptops the chargers are junk. We have already had three chargers go bad, the laptops work just fine, I can use other Acer chargers, etc.

 

However, all laptops show they have expired Acer warranty, so I'm unable to chat or reachout to support, we purchased the extended warranty but that was through Newegg and not Acer.

 

So my options are. 1. Send the full unit back to warranty issueser and they will refund our purchase price. Or 2. Pray that someone form Acer will contact me.
