Purchased two Aspire E1-731-4675 machines.  Both of them report the Blue Tooth Audio Device 'cannot start (code 10).  As well I cannot connect bluetooth device.  The bluetooth symbol is displayed.

fn/f3 will switch to and form 'airplane mode' and activate/deactivate the symbol.  but I cannot discover a device, and my device cannot find the computer.

Have uninstalled/re-installed software.  Downloaded from Acer, but when I go to install it says that the most recent is already installed.

Check Device Manager for an internal bluetooth adapter or a problem therewith. Some of the E1 models only work with a USB bluetooth dongle.
