This is new like just 2 days old laptop. e1572g acer. 
My wife was playing Tropico 5 and then after a few minutes to produced some weird noise and the screen display was crooked like in those horror movies. And just hanged. What we did is we forced shutdown it holding down the power button. After that we turned it on it doesn't boot or display anything in the screen. Power LED is turned ON and if I connect the charger to the power outlet the orange LED is turned on also which indicates that it's charging. I tried also connecting to an external monitor to no avail.
