I have an Acer Aspire One 532h. I got this used about 2 weeks ago. At first the battery was fine and held a charge then all of a sudden it wouldn't charge past 90%. Then it started going down 1 point at day. It currently won't charge past 83%. What is going on?

Also the fan runs constantly for no reason even if I'm not doing anything.

Now it's down to 82%.

It also acts like it's going to explode if I so much as surf the internet and listen to windows media player at the same time.
