i have windows 8

when the windows starts a error pop up appears her tile is Windows Script Host

it said Loading script D:/bin.doc failed The device is not ready that's it and an other problem of an app of acer called acer device fast lane when i click on it a pop said the deviceFastLaneSvc is not running

Do you have a drive with letter D? If not, than that's the reason for this message. You could figure out what application is causing this by disabling one by one in your autostart settings. The other problem with your Acer app should go away if you uninstall this app. After that and a rebbot you could try to install it again.

But D for me is the CD Reader he's empty and once i switch on the computer this pop up showed

i think he's a virus what u think ?

in the other hand acer app if i want to install it once again from where i could get the wizard ?

I don't think it's virus, it is something that you have executed or installed and because the media is not present anymore this message is popping up. For the other issu look here: http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

i went to the task manager and exactly to startup and locate it .  disable it and finally fix it thank u very much my friend
