Inspiration 101, I went ahed and ordered the recovery discs from acer and also an external dvd drive. My next question is, Will i need to format anything or will the recovery discs take care of that?? As you can probablly tell i am not real up to date on this type thing, Lol. Thanks Again , Don

In most cases, you don't have to format the drive or anything like that. The disks will confirm with you that it will erase everything and go from there. There are always exceptiongs, but most of the time it's a really clean process that takes less than an hour.

Ok I got my recovery discs and externat drive, Got everything installed, how long should it take to bootup? seems like it is stuck on Sysprep- Factory mode.
