Why does my above acer keep 1.crashing when its 3 months old 2. all web browsers crash when you play music - and I have removed and installed everything and turned off fash players etc and still does not work nothing works windows 8 crashes and its slow - and I have nothing on my laptop this is a £500 pound machine should not be doing this at all and I want a engineer from acer to come to my work and fix this or I shall be revoking the sale of good acts against you I cant run my small business on this machine or do you have a online fix
