Hello,

does anybody know whether this laptop has mSATA slot?

I've seen configurations with 1120GB (120GB SSD + 1TB HDD SATA III) but there is still small doubt that this laptop could actually have two hdd bays.

The system does have an MSata connector on the motherboard, however, the system must be completely disassembled to access this connector. Also, please note that Acer does not provide technical support for making this type of hardware addition. If you chose to try to install a solid state drive, Acer will be unable to provide any support. My recommendation would be to purchase a model with SSD, if that feature is important to you.

Hi,

unfortunately i should say that you are wrong(opened the back cover ) and it is as easily accessioble as removing around 10 screws and the cover. i could send pics if someone is interested in the topic.
