Aspire V3-771 Have changed from Win 8 back to 7 - now no bluetooth?

Very pleased with Aspire V3-771 purchased this week but Win 8 no good for me. Have had a computer tech format it & re-install Win 7 but now cannot get Bluetooth working.. Have downloaded/installed Atheros Bluetooth suite & drivers from Acer site but still no Bluetooth found. Help/advice woulld be appreciated!
