Hi Acer community,
After chatting with customer service and trying to find a solution but never did. I decided I needed to contact the chat service again for another problem.
However this time Acer > Chat will not accept my SNID or Serial number. I bought it like on 02-19-2013 and was able to chat before but all of a sudden I can't?
I bought my laptop from Amazon shipped in teh US, and i live in teh U.S
Please help,

We can check the serial number or SNID for you, but if the unit is less than a month old, you should definately be able to contact support.

We verified the issue and have made corrective actions.
You should be able to use your SNID or Serial Number on the form again.

I have the same problem with my snid on my Aspire V3-571G. Is there any chance to check my serial number too, becouse i have same problems with my pc from when i bough it and its with 2 repairs for 4 months and still making problems and today i found that my serial number is not valid too. Thanks !

and which URL are you attempting to use a serial number or SNID that is giving you an error or other message?

I Have the same problem. I also have an Acer V5-571G bought and using in Pakistan. Whenever I need Acer chat support, this is the response I get:
The serial number you have entered, NXM*****************00, does not appear to be valid. Please check the serial number, and try again.
It does the same with my SNID. Please help. I shifted from Lenovo to Acer expecting good support but experiencing otherwise. Please help.
