So my mouse has been working correctly for a few days now with no freezing.
These are the steps I performed:
1.) Update BIOS to Version 1.11
2.) From Device Manager -> Mice and other pointing devices menu, right click HID-compliant mouse and select Uninstall.
3.) Use keyboard to restart computer. (Winkey + C) -> Settings -> Power -> Restart
The mouse driver was automatically reinstalled when the computer restarted and I haven't had any problems since.

please follow for us ... is that ok ? because this is Hardware Failure which doesn't related to BIOS or DRVIER.
Anyway, who can we refer to regarding this problem ... i asked SHOP / Merchant, they doesn't know what's happening ...

i already called helpline, they need to verified the problem and it takes time. i can't send to them as i need a laptop to work...

While searching solution for the touchpad, i found that Taiwan and Hong Kongo user also affected by the touchpad problem.

I tried .. same
What i done is
1. Reinstall Windows + Format Drive C
2. Update BIOS 1.11
3. Uninstall Device Manager - Mice and other pointing devices - HID-compliant mouse (uninstall it)
4. Use keyboard and install TouchPad_Synaptics_18.1.22.2 which released by Acer on 16.9.14
5. Teng Teng Teng Teng .... mouse still freezing ...hang sometimes
