I've experienced this a few times so far. If I rotate the screen into portrait mode sometimes it does not want to rotate back out. A full reboot seems to take care of the issue.

If you're still within the warranty period, click support at the top of this page. Click country. Click contact Acer and pre-qualify for phone and chat support.
