I purchased my daughter an Aspire One 725-0687 last Christmas.  She only used it a couple months and it has sat around for the past 5 months with no use at all.  She went to use it today and couldn't remember her password.  I tried several but continue to get the same response... "Your PC is offline.  Please sign in with the last passowrd used on this PC".  For some reason, it's not connecting to wifi, I have removed the battery, I have attempted "safe mode" with Alt f5, f8 and even f10 and I get nothing except back to the sign in screen.  I tried ALT, CTRL, DLT and it does nothing. I have literally tried everything that I know or have read and nothing is working!  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!

It shud be having an admin user created by acer, may be acer helpdesk can provide u a userid and password if u drop them a mail..
