Hi, I want to know if I can undertake the above, yet still keep Office 2010 ...I cannot remember if I installed this or not . I do have a copy of Office 2010 and also windows 7 installations disks ...  but not sure if the aspire came pre-installed or I used the office disks above ... How can I tell ?

How can  you do this factory reset?

How do I know what progams are in the reset?

If I undertook an image back up to a pen does this save everything (inc any malware?)

How can I create an image backup which gives me a pure factory OS with office ( if it came with it)

I have four meg ram and yet the laptop seems to be struggling, I have used all the windows cleaning file software , amlware bytes etc, etc  yet its still lacks snap I checked device manager and  often its system that is running at 46% ?

Anyway I can copy any files/ pictures off the H/D and then start from scratch , but unsure as mentioned about the word program
