Aspire D270-1806-New hard drive, needs Win 7 starter. no recover disk- HELP PLS

Help please!!

I have an Aspire D270-1806. New hard drive installed, old one had massive failure. No opp sys recovery disk was burned. I have no USB optical drive available to use. I have no copy of Windows 7 starter which was on the computer from purchase. I need to find the opp sys [download?] to install and use the key on that computer for verification. I'm also wondering if it can be bootable using a large volume flash drive instead of DVD? Any other info you may have will be much appreciated...

I would recommend either contacting technical support in your region for the recovery media or if you are located in US or Canada, visit the Acer Store and select eRecovery. From there you will be directed to enter your serial number or SNID, then you will be able to continue to purchase recovery media for your system.
