I am trying to determine if I have an Aspire 9410 series or a 9410Z model.  I want to upgrade my RAM from 2g to 4g but have not been able to do so.  Have learned that the 9410Z RAM cannot be upgraded but I cannot find anything on my computer that tells me which one I have.  The label says Aspire 9410-2829.  My SNID is ***.  Thanks for any help

GMD,

We removed the SNID from your post to keep your personal information private but I was able to determine that your model is an AS9413Z. I can also confirm that the unit will support a maximum of 2GB of RAM according to our specifications.
