Aspire 4520 with BlueScreen error

Hello everybody, i´m new in the forum....but my problem.....

Well, when my notebook finally start, on desktop it show an error message:

"Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown"

Problem name: BlueScreen

Version SO: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1

Id. regional setting: 13322

Note: I updated my laptop with 4 RAM and Wx 7 32-bits. The harddisk also is new

Sorry for the Issue you are facing,. Can you please post the Error Code if any,. also did this happen one you upgraded the RAM

Hi, i don't have any error code....the issue happened after upgraded. I removed RAM, but it didn't work
