An operating system wasn't found.Try disconnecting any drivers that don't contain an operating system.Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

It sounds like the OS on your system was removed or became corrupted. You would need to completely reload the Windows operating system. You can try the instructions located on http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29934. If you are still unable to restore, you may need to order recovery disks for your system.
