Acer registration problem

Upon trying to register my laptop, there is a model listed, but is is not mine, and don't know how it go there.

After putting in serial #, and date of purchase of the laptop I'm trying to register, the Model Number that comes up is not the same as my laptop. I'm not sure if my laptop is registered correctly. Thanks for you help Connie
