Acer one battery showing chargig but not charging

The battery does not charge but it shows battery charging in the battery icon at the bottom of the screen....pls i need help

If the battery is not charging, then it is either the battery or connectors in battery compartment that are bad. I assume the computer works on AC power only? If so, then you can try purchasing a new battery as the current one may be bad. The only other option is to contact technical support in your region.
