My Acer Aspire One 532h-2dr keyboard has ceased to work at all. I've updated BIOS, replaced the keyboard, rolled back, updated drivers, reset without battery, checked USB Hub settings are OK,etc but no joy.

I can't see an actual keyboard driver, only launch manager under Keyboards in Device Manager.

It's running Windows 7 Starter. On screen keyboard is OK but hideous to use. I can't start in Safe Mode because the function keys - like the rest of the keys - don't work at all.

Are you sure the replacement keyboard ribbon is properly connected to the mainboard?

Did you spill anything on the computer?

It may be time to take it to a repair shop or call to see if Acer can repair it.
