Acer aspire V3-771G Webcam not worked in windous 8  pleas help

Hello poltergeisti,

In first, check in Device manager like this:

- Click on Start

- Type the command mmc devmgmt.msc in Search box

- Go the device "Imaging devices" - expand and look "Integrated webcam" - Right click - Uninstall (driver).

- Restart your computer. Windows 8 will reinstall the webcam driver. Normally, it should work.

Do you have a "!" on the Integrated webcam in Device manager?

Otherwise make a driver update:

- Click on Start

- Type the command mmc devmgmt.msc in Search box

- Go the device "Imaging devices" - expand and look "Integrated webcam" - Right click - Update Drive Software.

driver is instaled, when i open the program web cam working, but everything is black.

the problem is not in onli skype,the problem is in  every  programs.

Did you check in the Device manager if you have a mark on the Integrated webcam?
