Hi All
I have problem with my brand new Acer V3-772G laptop. It restarts by itself, often when watching videos via browser. I tried to reinstall the system, all drivers and it still happened. Then I gave laptop for repairng in one Services from this list - http://www.acer.co.ee/ac/en/EE/content/service-con
What shall I do?! Where i can check, the Service tried to fix my laptop or it just lay for three weeks somewhere on shelf?

Yes, I have latest BIOS.
I have one more question. Because a rebooting occurs randomly, how i can prove that the problem exists? I can bring laptop in the Service and rebooting will not occurs.

Hi D81
I agree, the random rebooting will be difficult to prove, UNLESS, you can pin-point it down to something (IE, Gaming, watching Hi-def video, when it gets hot etc).
If you explain, it is COMPLETELY random, then the engineer will leave it on & monitor it for as long as it takes. This may mean that they have your laptop for a little longer than most, but they should be able to take action.
