hi guys, I am from Hong Kong.
Recently I bought the Acer V3 772G, everythings seems fine, but when I use my laptop around 1 to 3 hours, the lan network will suddently turns to "limited access".
I tried to uninstall the broadcom network dirve and reinstall it twice (1. from Acer website, 2. from the device manager auto search for the drices). However, both ways were not successful. I could only use in normally like 1 to 3 hours and then it will turn to limited access again...
The wireless is fine, it's never disconnected. I am currently using windows 8.1, I googled the problem and found most of the ppl have the issue on the limited access of wifi but not on lan. I wonder if this is the problem causing by the Hardware issue?
Please, it would be thankful if someone share their same experience or guide me to fix this problem, I just bought this laptop a week only.

The limited network access message usually comes from the notebook not being assigned an IP address. So you are connected to the router (meaning the hardware works), however, you are not connected to the internet.
When this happens have you tried running the Windows 8 troubleshooter? Microsoft has a page specific to this issue and some steps I would recommend trying:
