My computer for some reason didn't shut down properly. The screen was black but the lights indicated that it was still on. When I restart my computer, the Acer logo loads but when Windows is supposed to open, the page turns black. What could possibly be wrong? I've only had my computer for a couple of weeks.

When I press alt f10 during the start up, the reboot won't load. Seeing as how I've only had the computer for a short while I didn't bother creating an USB save.

Try pressing the Fn+F5 and Fn+F6 display toggles to turn the screen on and off.
