Acer Cloud Portal access on Aspire V5

Setting up new Aspire V5 notebook and keep getting failure report when trying to access the Acer Cloud Portal. Acer Iconia B1 tablet that was purchased along with notebook had no problem accessing the Portal and shows up in device manager. Downloaded each of the Acer Cloud components (records, music, docs, etc) separately after it stalled on the initial automatic download of all the components.

    Since there is new-version Acer BYOC Apps, I sincerely recommend you to update the Acer BYOC Apps to the latest version for better experience of Acer BYOC service. After updating the apps, please try to launch Apps, confirm whether the error is still appear.

     

    If the error is still appear, Could you show me more detail information about error?

    Honeybee, updating corrected the portal access problem. Notebook had 48 updates to complete with first shutdown.
