I purchased 2 reburbished Acer Chrome laptops- one for each of my sons. One works beautifully, the other has NEVER worked. Because it took me so long to finally sit down with my son and figure out what was going on with the laptop, the 90 day warranty period is over. Does anyone have any ideas for how to fix the laptop (that are inexpensive)?
The specific problem is that the computer acts as if there is no internet connection- will not go from website to website- freezes up. I am 100% certain it is not a wi-fi issue.

Is your 100% certainty based on the fact that one has worked and the other hasn't...yet? In what settings have you tried to connect? Only at home? Other places?
