Julho
I have an Acer Aspire v3-571-73638G75Makk Core i7 3632qm Laptop with 8GB Ram and an Intergrated Intel HD 4000 GPU. The CPU is perfect, the Memory is fine but the GPU is a problem. I have noticed on certain games that it is not adequate to play them with decent frames even on low settings at a resolution of 1024x768.
I have noticed that there are other laptops that share the same model name, but have a G at the end of the 571. Would it be possible to fit one of the GPU's out of the 571G laptops into one of the regular 571 laptop. I believe the GPU's that work with it are the 640m and the 730m, and this would give me the performace boost needed to suit me for what i need.
If this is not possible, is there any way i can boost the amount of performace out of the HD 4000 to the maximum, even if it requires any physical hardware changes. I plan to use this laptop for a while as i love the speed i can get out of its core i7 processor, its just the Graphics letting me down.
Thank You
Agosto
I am sorry to convey the bad news, no, you can not install a Graphics card in your laptop, you need to upgrade to a new MB and it's like getting a new laptop, just hang on to this laptop untill you are ready to get a new laptop with dedicated graphics.
