Acer Aspire screen does upside down when flat

My week old Acer Aspire R7 with the EZEL. When the screen is laid flat on top of the keyboard it rotates upside down. Did a complete restore and still didi not fix the problem.

Does it rotate in other modes properly? You can try downloading and installing the screen rotation app.

If that does not fix the issue, you would need to contact service to inquire about repair.

Thanks for responding. I returned it. Bringing in for repair after only having it for a week was unacceptable choice the company offered me. In that case Acer should sent a new one out immediately.
