Hello I am an owner of an AcerAspire V5-121 Laptop and it runs Windows 8. Lately I have come across a problem with the battery which caused me not to be able to move my laptop around. The laptop will not turn on when the charger is not plugged in and whenever I turn on the laptop it says that laptop is connected but is not charging. There is nothing wrong with the charger or battery at all. I have this laptop only since August and am very happy with it but the problem with the battery is very annoying for me. It would be very helpful if I received a response with help from you. Thank you in advance.
