Acer Aspire One D250..black screen..pc don't work.

Hello, I have an Acer Aspire One D250 of 2009 that does not work anymore ..
Pressing the power button the computer turns on, the cpu fan starts then stops (as usual) but then nothing happen..black screen, no error beep, hd stopped, no lights turned on...
I tried to remove ram, hd, battery..nothing.
I decides to change the motherboard and I found one identical new sealed.
After installation..same problem !!

What happen?What can i do ?

No the hd don't work..if connect a vga monitor it display "no signal"..
