So the bluetooth audio device, virtual bluetooth support (including audio, and bluetooth LWFLT device ALL have driver erros that I don't know how to fix, any help would be appreciated. Also, would these errors also be why my webcam no longer works?

OK. Do you think these issues were present at the time you purchased the machine? And how long ago?

I've had this laptop for about a year now and I don't think the bluetooth driver issues have been present since then. I used my webcam just last month so it did work a couple of weeks ago. I did have some issues with my audio when using the webcam last month but not sure if they're related. When I tried to use windows troubleshooting it said that I should probably reinstall the drivers but where do I find those?

Drivers are fouind here http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers  Click ultrathin, click aspire, click M5 481PT, choose OS and take your pick.

Under the bluetooth device menu in the device manager there is bluetooth USB module, microsoft bluetooth enumerator, and microsoft bluetooth LE enumerator and I found the bluetooth driver but I don't know what to do now. When I go to the device manager there is an option to update driver, roll back driver or uninstall driver, if I chose uninstall driver can I go back if it's the wrong choice?

Try rollback first. Report results.

Roll back didn't work. When I tried windows trouble shooting again it still says the same errors with teh bluetooth driver and when I click on the link to find the detailed report it also says trouble with PnP devices detected (this was also present before).

Did you download the bluetooth driver  zipfile for the OS that you have?  Device mgr should tell you which one you have if you have more than one choice. Don't uninstall anything till you look at the zipfile.
