Hi ! So I got this new notebook, Acer Aspire E1-572 on which I have Windows 8.1 Pro. The problem is next: whenever I play a track or a game, there are times when sound just stops and I have to either raise the laptop in the air to make the sound come back or slap it on the right and left side until it comes back. Where is the problem? I have the latest driver installed from Realtek. It is possible that the sound card is having a bad connection with the motherboard? Shouldn't the sound card be integrated in the motherboard? Why this problem? Thank you for your consideration.

It could be a loose connection of speaker cables, send back for service or return it for a refund if it was a recent purchase and get another laptop.

It's complicated with the warranty because I got the laptop from a friend in another country. I really hoped this wasn't a loose connection of the cables.

In that case you should get help from a competent professional.
