  • Hi,

Yes You can install Win 7 32Bit, but the Acer website may not have the same as the units from acer will mosty have Win7/Win8/ Win8.1 64Bit,. Also the USB Does not require drivers as Windows can configure the same from Generic Driver library,. for 32bit driver you may check with Device Manufacturer,. I see this model has a Intel Display Adapter

Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then, under System, clicking Device Manager.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Where you see the Yellow exclamation mark, double click it, choose "Details" tab, from the dropdown menu choose "HardwareIDs", click the first string and copy/paste it here.

You can try this one here for the graphics. It's a Russian site so make sure your anti-virus is on and updated, but I don't think you'll have a problem.

    devdrivers.ru/load/intel_hd_graphics_drivers/intel_iris_pro_graphics_5200_drivers_v_10_18_10_3368_10_18_10_3379_drajvera_dlja_integrirovannykh_videokart_intel_pod_win_8_1_win_8_win_7/11-1-0-1743

If that works, here's the USB.

    devdrivers.ru/load/intel_usb_3_0_host_controller_drivers/intel_usb_3_0_extensible_host_controller_drivers_3_0_0_16_3_0_0_19_drajvera_dlja_usb_3_0_kontrollera_pod_windows_7/64-1-0-1851

    Answer ✓

    Hi.

     I Searched for "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F35&SUBSYS_08451025&REV_0C\3&11583659&0&A0"
    and found:
    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail … ldID=23734
    downloaded : USB3_Win7_3.0.0.33.zip
Instaled it and it worked ! big_smile

    Downloaded win32_153330.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24346

Instaled it and the graphic came alive.

So now Graphics and USB works with Win 7 32 bit.
