Hello,

I updated bios on Acer Aspire E1-510 to 2.11v(legacy BIOS available) so I can install Windows 7.

I successfully installed Windows 7 but when I switch on the notebook monitor starts to blink,it is not happened before untl I updated the BIOS and installed Windows 7.I returned to Windows 8 but again the same happens.(only when system booting up)I dont like that and i wanna fix that!

As you have upgraded to Windows 8 again, you can try downloading and installing the latest BIOS version available for this version of operating system (if you have not done this already). You can do this by following the instructions below:
1. Go to http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
2. Type Aspire E1-510 in the box below "Search by Product Model" and click "Search"
3. Click on your model number from the list that comes up.
4. Once the details about your model are displayed, select your current operating system appropriately from the drop-down menu besides "Operating System".
5. Now, go to "BIOS" tab and download the latest BIOS for your system.

This may resolve the issue.

This is not an issue, probably they added a fast boot option in the BIOS and thie is a normal behaviour.
